How we screen

Cyclic voltammetry, lot by lot.

Every lot is sampled at 5 g and run on a USO-PP-series potentiostat in 0.5 M H₂SO₄ against an Ag/AgCl reference. The trace is benchmarked against a known-good reference standard.

  1. Sample & mount 5 g sample pressed onto a glassy-carbon working electrode.
  2. Sweep at 50 mV/s Cyclic scan from –0.2 V to +1.0 V looking for the quinone/HQ couple.
  3. Score & classify Homogeneity, oxygen loading, defect density and reversibility scored 0–10.
  4. Publish certificate Result, scores, and trace go on a public page tied to the lot.
